A special THANK YOU to the Magpies Golfing Society

The Magpies held a ‘virtual’ meeting in the run up to Christmas with the purpose of keeping the usual Magpies’ spirit intact and to raise some much needed funds for S&ERFC. Our thanks to you all in raising a staggering £1,200 for the club, which will be put to good use in these incredibly difficult financial times.

Coronavirus Update – 3rd January 2021

We hope everyone had a Happy Christmas with your families and we wish you all a happy (and better) new year. With the recent decision to delay the opening of all primary schools in London Boroughs and the staggered start for secondary schools across the region, as a club we have taken the tough decision to delay the return of junior and mini rugby until Sunday 17th January at the earliest, along with a number of other clubs in the region. We hope by taking this action we can do our bit to reduce transmission of COVID among our players/coaches/staff and volunteers. …more…

RFU announce delay to start of the season

Under powers delegated by Council, the RFU Governance Committee have made the difficult decision that, with the exception of Premiership, Championship and Premier 15s rugby, no organised* RFU or non-RFU Leagues including merit tables, adult or age grade competitions will be played before January 2021 at the earliest. Care of Police Survivors (COPS) bike ride

Ajay Ghumra (Kyren’s dad) and 54 serving police officers (MPS) are taking part in a London to Paris Bike ride from 4th to 7th June 2021 to raise funds for Care of Police Survivors (COPS). COPS is a charity that supports the families of police officers and staff who have lost their lives on duty. Summer Camp 2021

In the thirteenth year of Summer Camps at Sutton & Epsom RFC, the Summer Camp is back with more WaterFights, Mini Olympics’ and Fancy Dress Days. Of course that’s not including the rugby! Don’t miss out on our two weeks of jam-packed action run by our RFU Qualified, DBS Checked Coaches who are all members of S&E RFC. Places are limited, over 400 children enjoyed the fun last year!
