Horsham hold on to take Bruising Encounter

In November Horsham journeyed to Rugby Lane and were victorious. The Black & Whites scored a late Kyren Ghumra try to add to a Sam Lennie hat trick and were indebted to a Freddy Bunting conversion to earn two bonus points in a 36-29 defeat. On Saturday the Sussex club maintained their promotion push but were taken to the limit by a spirited Sutton. After a game of intense commitment from all parties Horsham gained a 26-20 win that included a vital four-try bonus point.

I am delighted to be able to inform you that the fund-raising campaign to improve some of our facilities for our Visually Impaired friends has achieved its objective: we have raised slightly over £5,000 and, accordingly, we have been able to bank a grant of £4,995 from Sport England.
